"We think this should be one of the best Public League championship games in a long time," Public League football coordinator Mickey Pruitt said. Both Morgan Park and Hubbard are two out-standing teams.

"It's just great to get another opportunity to win the Public League championship," Morgan Park head coach Lexie Spurlock told the Defender.
