Summary
Picture this: God has finally blessed you with that one of a kind beautiful house just right for your picking. The grass is well manicured, the windows freshly cleaned & sparkling, the brick has been powered washed, the trees and shrubbery neatly sculptured and it's paint is the perfect shade but after entering into this perfect home you are surprised to see & smell that the garbage has not been taken out for years. The smell that greets you at the door is so unpleasant that your eyes water and your stomach does summersaults from the aroma, now ask yourself although the house was perfect on the outside would that be a place you would want to dwell in? Now take this same example and equate it to you. The outside of you is perfect, you got it going on with your hair tight and your outfit right your shoes are the perfect accent to your outfit and you are good to go show yourself to the world but the inside is rotting, your thoughts are not clear, your body is being plagued with sickness of any kind (including the common cold) and your soul is being tormented everyday by unworthiness, unhappiness, depression, shame, guilt and low self-esteem.
When I started this holistic journey I didn't even know what holistic meant yet along how to do it, so please allow me to start off by giving you the Webster definition of Holistic; Holistic health is a philosophy of medical care that views physical and mental and spiritual aspects of life as closely interconnected and equally important approaches to treatment A simpler way of putting it is holistic health is bringing the total Self to a state of wholeness by way of mind, body & soul naturally.See the full content of this document
