The first program at the Pritzker Pavilion will consist of Frances Scott Key's "Star Spangled Banner," "Strauss' Fanfare for the Vienna Philharmonic," "Verdi's Te Deum," "Concerto No. 5 in F Minor for Harpsichord," "Bach's BWV 1056"; "Tchaikovsky's Concerto for Violin in D major," "Opus 35": 2nd and 3rd movements; "Corigliano's Midsummer Fanfare" that was commissioned by the Grant Park Festival; Vaughn Williams' "Serenade to Music"; "Strauss' Duet" from Act One of Arabella; "Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini," "Opus 43 by The Tender Land," "Stomp Your Foot" and "The Promise of Living."
